    House Service Company is open Monday through Friday from 8AM to 6PM. We do offer 24/7 Emergency HVAC Repair on request.

  • Do you offer HVAC Maintenance Plans?

    We do offer HVAC Service plans on a quarterly, bi-annual, or annual basis depending upon your home or businesses needs. 

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Cash, Check, Credit Cards, and other forms of digital payment. 

  • Do you offer HVAC Services outside Brush Creek, TN

    We do offer HVAC Service, Maintenance, and Installation throughout Middle Tennesee including AC Service in Lebanon, TN. 

  • Is your Business licensed and Insured?

    At House Service Company we are licensed, Insured, and our technicians are EPA certified to handle refrigerants and trained to service residential and commercial HVAC systems.
